These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the Depipol mobile application and the website https://www.depipol.com (the "Service"), owned by Guillermo Manjón Mateo, with contact address at admin@depipol.com ("Depipol", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
In short
- Your photos and videos are yours.
- We only ask for the permission the app needs: to store them, prepare them and show them to your group.
- We don't sell them or use them for advertising.
- You are responsible for what you upload and for having the consent of anyone who appears.

1. Description of the Service
Depipol is a private application that lets you create groups and share photos and videos only with the people you add to those groups. Content is organised automatically to make it searchable.
2. Eligibility and registration
- You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service.
- Registration is done by verifying your phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account access confidential and for all activity carried out under it.
- You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Your content
Your photos and videos are yours. By uploading them you grant us only the permission the app needs to work: to store them, prepare them so they display well (for example, create thumbnails or convert videos) and show them to the people in the group you share them with. It is a non-exclusive permission —your photos remain yours to use however you like— and we do not sell them, use them for advertising or take them outside your groups.
4. Responsibility for content and third-party rights
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. By uploading photos or videos you represent that you have the necessary rights and, where other identifiable people appear, that you have their consent to share their image within the group.
5. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Carry out illegal activities or infringe third-party rights (including intellectual property or other people's image rights).
- Upload child sexual abuse material; we apply zero tolerance and will report it to the authorities.
- Harass, threaten, or post violent, defamatory or hateful content.
- Distribute malicious code, attempt to breach the Service's security or carry out mass data extraction (scraping).
We may review or remove content, or suspend accounts that breach these Terms, although we are not obliged to actively monitor content.
6. Group conduct
A group administrator may ban a member (who loses access and is shown as "user banned"). A member may leave the group voluntarily (shown as "user left", and their content may remain visible to the rest).
7. Intellectual property of the Service
The software, the "Depipol" brand, logos and the design of the Service belong to Depipol and are protected by law. You acquire no rights over them beyond using the Service in accordance with these Terms.
8. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Availability, backups and warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We recommend that you keep your own backups of your content; we accept no liability for its loss to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Depipol shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights granted to you on a mandatory basis by consumer protection law.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app or via the account deletion procedure. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may amend these Terms. We will post the current version on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will give you reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts under applicable law, respecting the jurisdiction that corresponds to consumers.
The Service is operated from Spain and is available internationally. If you use it from another country, this choice of law applies without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence that may apply.
