If you wish to delete your Depipol account and all data we store on our servers, please send an email to delete-account@depipol.com including the phone number you used to sign up.
How to request deletion
- Compose an email to delete-account@depipol.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.
- In the body, state the phone number linked to your Depipol account.
- After we receive your email, you will receive a verification SMS at that number.
- Reply to the SMS with DELETE within 24 hours to confirm the request.
Processing time
We will process your request within 5–7 business days after SMS confirmation. You’ll receive a notification email once the deletion is complete.
Data that will be deleted
Once approved, we will permanently remove from our servers:
- Your login credentials.
- Profile information and settings.
- Any cloud-stored content that is exclusively linked to your account.
Data retained temporarily
To comply with legal and security obligations, anonymised activity and transaction logs are retained for up to 90 days after account deletion.
